Los Angeles, California, USA, February 20, 2022 – Sneaky Vampire Syndicate (SVS) is an independent NFT project by former Bored Ape Yacht Club artist Mig which previously gained massive popularity. The artist officially announced they’ll be releasing their 2nd NFT collection called Sneaky Vampire. The collection consists of 12,345 female vampires that will join their 8,888 male counterparts from the first collection in The Lair. The Lair is the place all vampires call home – existing in the Metaverse away from the harmful sunlight and pesky Vampire Hunters.
Mig collaborated with Superand, a team of veteran cryptocurrency leaders and developer in a joined effort releasing the first collection of 8,888 male vampires last year in September 2021. So far, this collection generated over 21,600 ETH in trading volume on NFT platform OpenSea. It was an immediate success, with all Gen 1 vampires selling out, prompting the team to create their female counterparts: the Sneaky Vampiresses.
With the release of this new collection, the SVS team wants to promote female inclusion and representation within the male-dominated NFT space. Thanks to its accessibility and easy-to-understand projects, SVS is seen as a safe place for any new and seasoned collector to get involved. Therefore, the new “Vampiress Syndicate” collection should appeal to the women and all others who are new and looking to get involved into the NFT art space.
The SVS team works with eight female artists to help create eight single editions, unique Sneaky Vampiress NFTs which will be featured in this new collection. This will help the under-recognized and under-represented female artists within the space gain the recognition they deserve.
“The Genesis SVS NFTs were a huge success, and we’ve not let our foot off the gas. From the very beginning, we built this around nurturing our community and creating the best possible environment. We believe the release of the Vampiresses will continue the growth of our ecosystem in the right direction,” said Thomas Kekker, the Project Lead at SVS.
Further extension of the project
With the addition of these female Sneaky Vampiress NFTs, the team will also be laying the groundwork for the upcoming “Blood Pact” breeding mechanism. Those who own both Vampire and Vampiress NFTs can utilize these assets to breed in the near future. The $BLOOD token will be at the centre of this new feature. When holders of SVS stake their NFTs, they will in return earn three $BLOOD tokens per day.
The whitelist pre-sale for the Sneaky Vampiress collection is scheduled from February 21st at 3pm ET to February 22nd at 3pm ET. Those who own the Gen 1 vampires will be automatically whitelisted for Gen 2 minting. Those that don’t, can buy one before the pre-sale to automatically join the whitelist and avail discounts on the purchase of female vampires. The vampiress that owners’ existing vampire mints will create the “Perfect Pair.”
8,888 Pre-sale spots have been allocated to existing Sneaky Vampire holders, out of the 12,345 Sneaky Vampiresses. The remaining spots are allocated to large and female-led communities, along with the public mint.
Feb 22nd at 4pm ET is when the public minting is set to commence. This will go on until the big reveal five days later, on February 28th, when the buyers will get to see what female vampire they have minted.
The SVS team took a tiered pricing approach, where the $BLOOD utility token can be used to claim up to 50 percent discount on the Sneaky Vampiress NFTs. The base price is set at 0.16 ETH. Those who use 100 $BLOOD tokens, are offered a reduced base price of 0.12 ETH. For those that hold 200 $BLOOD tokens, the price starts at just 0.08 ETH.
